SL::Dev::Record - create_minimal_purchase_invoice
Umbenannt mit "minimal", da ein Großteil der Rechnungsfunktionalität
fehlt. Ohne PTC sollte ein purchase_invoice nur für sehr begrenzte
Tests verwendet werden.
